CV Raman Global University Odisha

CV Raman Global University in Bhubaneswar grew out of the earlier CV Raman College of Engineering, one of Odisha's better-known private engineering colleges, before taking university status in 2019. It holds an A+ grade from NAAC and remains an engineering-led institution, with computer science and electronics among the branches drawing the most applicants. Bhubaneswar works in its favour as a student city: the state capital has a growing IT and services presence, reasonable living costs, and a large student population across its many technical institutions. The university suits students from Odisha and neighbouring states who want a private engineering education with university-level autonomy over curriculum, and who prefer staying in eastern India rather than moving to the bigger metros for a B.Tech.
