DM College of Arts

DM College of Arts in Imphal, established in 1946, is one of the oldest higher-education institutions in Manipur and has taught several generations of the state's public figures, administrators and teachers. The college is part of the Dhanamanjuri group of institutions in central Imphal, which has since been brought together as a state university, and it holds a NAAC 'A' grade. Its strength is conventional humanities teaching — English and political science have long been among its recognised subjects — delivered at government-college fees.
