Government Law College Thrissur

Government Law College Thrissur, established in 1965, is one of Kerala's state-run law colleges, offering the integrated BA LLB, the LLB and an LLM at government fees that undercut private legal education by a wide margin. Admission is through Kerala's law entrance process, and the college is affiliated to the University of Calicut. Thrissur is Kerala's cultural capital, a mid-sized city with active district courts where students find their first internships; the High Court in Kochi is a short train journey away. The college holds a NIRF rank of 31 among law institutions and an A NAAC grade.
