Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences

Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences is a young government medical college, established in 2018 in Madikeri, the hill-station headquarters of Karnataka's Kodagu (Coorg) district. It trains MBBS students through the attached district hospital, the main referral centre for a coffee-country region of scattered plantation settlements, with postgraduate seats in core clinical areas and a nursing programme alongside.
